Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Product with a verified quality defect

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and order details.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
